The room alias routes (RouteRoomAliases) and (RouteAliasDirectory) are not fully implemented yet.

RouteRoomAliases
- Get from "id" in aliases
- Note to check permissions according to spec
RouteAliasDirectory
- Add "id" objects when putting aliases
- Delete from "id" when deleting aliases
